Walking

Today Suzanne decided, in her infinite wisdom, that we should walk down the switch backs and along the beach instead of risking a serious accident on our way to school.

It was like walking to school with a ten pound weight on each foot. Now I am sweating and standing outside with my T-shirt on. It is my hope that I can cool down enough to put my long sleeve shirt back on because right now I am culturally inappropriate and getting as many google eyes as if I were parading around in nothing but a bra.

Did I mention that I am glad we did not drive as the road was so icy it would have been simple to plunge to our deaths?
